Base Cart Rental – $350
Per Guest – $18
Premium Upgrade – +$4 per guest
Additional Service Hour – $50/hour
Travel Fee – Based on distance from Arlington, TX
Rush Booking (under 72 hours) – $100
Deposit: 50% required to secure date.
Summer Booking Policy
Cart services booked April–September must be indoors or outdoors with ample shade and airflow. While our containers are temperature-controlled, Texas heat requires proper placement for food safety.
