Pricing Structure

Minimum: 20 guests
Service Window: 2 hours

  • Base Cart Rental – $350

  • Per Guest – $18

  • Premium Upgrade – +$4 per guest

  • Additional Service Hour – $50/hour

  • Travel Fee – Based on distance from Arlington, TX

  • Rush Booking (under 72 hours) – $100

Deposit: 50% required to secure date.

Summer Booking Policy 

Cart services booked April–September must be indoors or outdoors with ample shade and airflow. While our containers are temperature-controlled, Texas heat requires proper storage for food safety.
