Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.
Grazing Tables & Mobile Cart Bookings
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of your event.
Cancellations within 7 days may require full payment of the remaining balance.

Yes. We maintain all required state permits, food handler certifications, and food manager certification.

No. The mobile cart is an interactive grazing experience designed for social engagement and visual impact. It is not a plated catering or full-meal service.

Pickup:
Pickup times are scheduled and confirmed via email after checkout.
Delivery:
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from Arlington, TX:
$2.00 per mile (≤10 miles)
$1.25 per mile (>10 miles)
For large grazing tables or mobile cart bookings, we require:
Access to the venue at least 1 hour before the event
Clear entry access (stairs/elevator must be disclosed)

For weather-dependent or outdoor events:
Clients are responsible for providing a suitable indoor or covered backup plan.
Mobile cart bookings between April–September must be:
Indoors
OROutdoors with adequate shade and airflow
Charcuterie Cuties reserves the right to decline setup if conditions pose a food safety risk (extreme heat, rain exposure, unstable ground, etc.).
Weather-related rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
