  • Charcuterie Cuties proudly serves the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Arlington, Fort Worth, Dallas, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Irving, and surrounding communities.

    At this time, we do not travel outside of the DFW area.

    Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from Arlington, TX.

  • All orders require a minimum of 72-hour advance notice.

    This allows us time to source fresh ingredients and properly prepare your order.

    Orders placed within 72 hours may incur a rush fee, and availability is not guaranteed.

  • No.

    Your date is not secured until:

    • A deposit has been paid (if applicable)

    • Your catering order has been paid for.

  • Yes. We offer:

    • Vegetarian options

    • Pork-free options

    • Allergy-sensitive requests (Nut-free requests and others)

    • Gluten-free substitutions (additional fee may apply)

    • Vegan meat substitutes are not yet offered. We’ll add them once we find an option that meets our quality standards.

  • Yes. All items are prepared in a Department of Health–inspected commercial kitchen.

  • Charcuterie Cuties is fully licensed and operates from a Department of Health–inspected commercial kitchen.
    ✔ Team members maintain current food handler and food manager certifications
    ✔ Temperature-controlled storage and transport
    ✔ Proper time and temperature for safety monitoring

    For outdoor events, food safety guidelines must be followed to ensure food  quality and safety.

    Charcuterie is safe at typical room temperature (under 75°F / 24°C) for up to 3 hours. After 3 hours, discard or refrigerate perishable items.

    If it’s warmer (above 80°F / 27°C) outside or in direct sunlight, limit to 1 hour or less.

    After these time frames, the risk of bacterial growth increases, especially for meats and soft cheeses.

  • Charcuterie meats and cheeses have the best flavor when served at room temperature but should not be left out for more than 3 hours.

    The client becomes responsible for the refrigeration and care of all menu items upon delivery.

  • Boards, Boxes, Cups, Letters

    We do not offer refunds for these services.  Orders are confirmed within 72 hours.  Product sourcing begins immediately after order confirmation. 

    Grazing Tables & Mobile Cart Bookings

    • Grazing Tables and Mobile Cart bookings require at least 3 weeks' advance booking 

    • A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

    • Deposits are non-refundable when the booking is canceled within 7 days of your event

    • We ask for at least 7 days’ notice for rescheduling

    • We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to move your event to a new date upon availability

    • Weather-dependent events should have a backup plan available

  • Yes. We maintain all required state permits, food handler certifications, and food manager certifications.

  • Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of event date for the mobile cart service and grazing table reservations.

  • No. The mobile cart is an interactive grazing experience designed for social engagement and visual impact. It is not a plated catering or full-meal service unless special arrangements had been made.

  • We offer both pickup and delivery options.

    Pickup:

    Pickup times are scheduled and confirmed via email after checkout.

    Delivery:

    • Delivery is to the door only

    • Boards arrive fully assembled

    • No onsite styling for board deliveries

    Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from Arlington, TX:

    • $2.00 per mile (≤10 miles)

    • $1.25 per mile (>10 miles)

    Grazing Tables and Mobile Cart Bookings

    For large grazing tables or mobile cart bookings, we require:

    • Access to the venue at least 1 hour before the event

    • Clear entry access (stairs/elevator must be disclosed)

  • For weather-dependent or outdoor events:

    Clients are responsible for providing a suitable indoor or covered backup plan.

    Mobile cart bookings between April–September must be:

    • Indoors
      OR

    • Outdoors with adequate shade and airflow

    Charcuterie Cuties reserves the right to decline setup if conditions pose a food safety risk (extreme heat, extreme rain exposure, unstable ground, etc.).

    Weather-related rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
